All Around Care is terrific and they have personnel for the Lake Conroe/Willis area.

They were responsive and filled our need for an in-home caregiver after a short in-home interview process. They assigned a WONDERFUL caregiver named Amy. She was exactly what was needed - kind, knowledgeable about terminal/hospice care patients, willing to do tasks such as bathing, cleaning, changing and feeding the patient plus housekeeping tasks such as laundry and dishes. She quickly learned our routine and needs and offered help and suggestions. She knew about products that could help (special no water needed shampoo) and was open to working nights or days as needed. The company supervisor/scheduler was also excellent in helping with our changing schedule and answering questions. Even if you just need someone to help after a surgery or while you are on crutches, this is the right company. Everyone we met or spoke with was kind and caring and professional. I would wholeheartedly recommend All Around Care for an in home caregiver.

I can’t begin to tell you how much All Around care has been lifesavers for my parents and for myself and my brother.

My parents both needed help. At first I was speaking to Elizabeth about having a care giver in my parents home. When I first described what was going on with my mother, she was the one to educate me on the high probability that my mother had a UTI. Not only that, a massive source of help. We were discussing a in home caregiver, but my brother and I quickly realized we needed to remove my parents from their home for their own safety. My mom was also never going to let someone in her space. We knew Dementia was also going to be a diagnosis. At the same time my father needed back surgery. We quickly moved them into respite care for two months while my father had his surgery and was in a better place to travel. While my father was then moved to a nursing facility for PT, we realized he needed extra help that was more one on one for him. I literally called Elizabeth in a panic on a Sunday afternoon and not only did they immediately do another assessment on my father, they had a caregiver in place within hours of my panic call. When my father moved back to respite with my mother, we recognized the need for a caregiver was critical. Mom was not doing well and dad was recovering. When we needed to increase hours it was never an issue. They have been so attentive and incredible to all our needs. I’m based in California, parents are in Houston and brother is in Florida. Do do all that we have had to do in an incredible short amount of time has been overwhelming. But I literally feel so much less stressed and worried knowing my parents have been in the hands of their caregivers. Elizabeth and Keyianna are amazing. We have also had so many incredible caregivers work with my parents. In particular Amber has been amazing. My mother got diagnosed with Alzheimers and vascular dementia. She ended up with another UTI and she is a very agitated Alzheimers patient. On top of that, for some reason my father is a trigger for her anger. Amber was amazing with my mother. Very patient. I don’t know how people handle that. She is very difficult. I highly recommend this agency. I would never have been able to accomplish what I’ve had to do in literally a period of less than 3 months without them.

I used AAC for the last (almost) 2 years.

I was a caregiver for my mother the last couple of years and I used AAC several times a week plus additional monthly 24X7 care when my wife and I were out of town every month. They went out of their way to make sure my 88 year old mother was cared for and tried to provide consistent care for her during demanding employment times (COVID). I have already recommended them to other relatives and friends and would definitely use them again. They have been priceless with their availability, flexibility, and support.
